TTM have done a JV for one asset only they haven't sold any shares in TTM .
TTM still run its own ship and own 3 other assets including the huge DYNASY project which could be massive in its own right..
TTM can spend the $2M US from Gina anywhere they wish. We basically have no need to CR again. If Dynasty proves up even bigger than it currently is then we will have a monster.
If this new JV now proves up on its own then Gina might even go as far as buying out TTM and its other 3 assets !!!! not out of the question, if the results are good then they might start buying TTM on market which can only mean a great outcome for all SH's.
This is a great deal done by our very clever board without any dilution of TTM and yet it creates the potential for a massive SP ride over the next 6 to 18 months
