2m now maybe another 1m in 3yrs, No expenses for TTM in that time for this prospect which could be freaking huge in size and TTM keeps 20% of the overall project. Which they might sell or keep after that 3yrs is up for a significantly higher price. 20% is a good size chunk to keep of a project which is too big for TTM to develop on it's own especially with the other projects it has.
