    I’m sure the jv agreement will be pretty involved with lawyers etc. time frames for developing, infrastructure involved, who’s putting money in (does Hawthorne just take a 1% royalty ?), Iron Ore off-take agreements with the Indians. So much to ink down, then everyone involved will know where they stand.

    Just my thoughts...
