I don't think they have any need to do that. They just need to receive the Independent report, early Jan, and then they can make their choice which I agree will be to take the cash. I have a sneaky suspicion Dennis will use the report to extract a couple more cents per share out of Gina in exchange for his and Greg's shares and a unanimous recommendation in favour of accepting the Hancock offer. JMO.
