re: Ann: Hannans - Date for determing holders... According to the SCR release today, an independent valuation determined the company was valued at $125mil last year. HNR paying $35mil today.
Still supports my view there is more value in SCR than HNR given resource upgrades to come and drilling of gold and copper plays.
Either way, it is cheap and poor management(HNR and SCR as almost one of the same)
I would rather they did a cap raise as a SCR shareholder.
