Well they would need to get their hands on over 30% of the total shares offered in the credit raising to use that cash so i don't think that's a likely game plan. The CR itself is not going to cause sufficient dilution to drive the price down to 3.5cents. The issue of shares to our new shareholder is exchange for access to the UK and elsewhere could help push the price down but again it shouldn't if what we get is worth what we are paying. For me its still all speculation until we see some recycling units in planning and some feedstock supplies locked in. Whether we are worth 2 cents or 10 is pure speculation at this point, BUT, a lot of us think the risk is weighted to the upside given the quality of management, our belief in the technology and the quality of our partnerships. All in my opinion of course, and I can claim to own only a hair of the tail of this horse which still represents a sizeable risk to me.
