HNR did a cap raise (rights issue) at 2.5c last time, price never dropped to 2.5c, stayed around 3.3c....

so even this time unless the US markets shits itself, we don't see it fall below cap raise price.

re dilution, yes it is the fact but on the flip the value greenhouse will bring is unmeasurable at this point but later it will... that's why I say NMT is not a fool to allow this ...

there were few others like you last capital raise commenting to sell and buy back and 2.5c, hope they learnt from their mistake
