Yes, but HNR is giving all shareholders a chance to participate in the CR at 3.5 cents.
Buying more shares during the CR helps with the dilution.
If the Greenhouse deal is approved then......
Yes there will be dilution.
Yes there will be a 1.2:1 consolidation.
To help mitigate these factor HNR has been kind enough to allow their shareholders to claw back what was lost through the dilution & consolidation & at a discount to the traded SP.
