Us holders get a massive discount at 3.5c, to comply to asic rules to change company structure, management require 300 existing holders to participate at 3.5c for a total of $3.5mil, approx 2.5% of current market cap, this stuff all & in no should affect current Sp.
lets see if the sell order of 32 mil shares disappear pre open today.
