re: Ann: HNR: Hannans - Formal Demand Issued ... Depends on if the HOA was binding or not. Most HOA aren't binding in my experience - they state agreement of key terms but need a proper contract to be signed with all the details. But will really depend on what they signed up to - so this is just speculation.
The announcement stated after signing the HOA that they had to enter into a sale and purchase agreement by 31 May - am not sure if this happened as there wasn't an announcement on this. As Hannan's announcement refers to a binding HOA seems to imply that a sale and purchase agreement was not entered into.
Anyway, am sure we'll hear more on this.
