But I was looking to acquire AVI as well as I believe the average they signed HOA for is quality, so my initial question was now that financing for that has fallen over how are AVI going to fund it. Until that ix answered I can't buy into AVI. The company needs to provide details on how the plan to make payment, whether through an agreed payment plan or alternate financing, not just delay the inevitable by a costly legal battle. I will keep watching AVI as it has potential, but can't commit the dollars until this is sorted.
