Fund rise in Dec, ie after Primobus commission back end demonstration plant (expected Nov) so we should have the recycling technology fully proven up before going for fund rise as you’d expect.
Having exclusive rights to the proven recycling tech for Nordic area should have a value which may be significant compared to our current MC.
How the JV then fund the first commercial plant will be interesting and NMT being substantial shareholder should be an asset to the JV in that regard.
Expect new JV may need to partner with someone such as Primobus fo fund and operate the recycling plants once necessary consents in place.
We should get more detail in the run up to the fund rise, interested to see what others make of it and how it all plays out going forward, a big nickel find would certainly help fund commercial plant, Loop.
