Like they've already got an established relationship with an investor & the ball is rolling on that side of the world. A good ann in the next month or 2 could push this higher towards the end of the year IMO.
A MOU from a customer maybe, willing to pre pay for their first batch?
If HNR are looking at construction as early as 2022, things will have to move quickly here. I expect an intense 12 months ahead full of good anns.
