The directors are proposing shares plus an option in lieu of fees.
That may seems ok, but not at a share price of 0.004 when the sp at the time of notice was 0.024
That is 6 fold right from the start, plus they propose to get one option per share as well exerciseable at 0.004
So they can exercised that straight away.
Is that the correct interptation? Surely that cant be right. Can someone kindly explain this to me.
