Ok never really looked too much into this but going by the transaction summary in slide 2 says that CM holds the license and not HNR. HNR only has an option of 50% interest in each plant built in the Nordic regions. Also HNR can have 100% interest in any particular plant CM dont want the interest in. So if there was say 10 plants but CM didn't want 2 of them then HNR would hold 100% interest in those plants where the other 8 would be 50/50 between CM and HNR. Nowhere does it say HNR has exclusive rights to NMT tech though only CM does.
I was under the impression that if CM didn't want to go ahead and use the tech then HNR would. But the wording only talks about particular plants and not the tech itself.
