Yes management has been on the hunt now for several years for businesses that offer a 'perfect fit' and have always been prepared to walk away from anything that didn't work. Knowing what NOT to buy I think is more important then buying something that is not right. Great that they paid cash, still no debt position.
I have held HSN for several years and the only gripe I have is that dividends are no longer fully franked; but I can definitely with that.
