Sorry not Phil but this is my opinion.
HSN is roughly following Fibonacci Retracements and is up against Fib and (old support/new resistance) resistance as well as the 50 day moving average and the downtrend line. So solid resistance here. Break above $3.65 should see her move comfortably back to $4. Also forming a pennant so a break out either way shouldn't be far off.
Yesterday's bearish move was HSN failing to break above the 50 day moving average.
Positive technical outlook in that it has started a short term up trend with yesterdays move creating a higher high. Hopefully $3.40 - $3.45 will be the next low.
