    Assuming that HAPA (and their legal/finacial represenatives) have valued their company accurately with a slight premium (as is to be expected); and that merchants similarly have valued the company accurately then it is WORTH about 0 percent less than current (allowing costs incurred in getting it all sored).

    So hence, 15c.
