Think we'll need some more details, including the commercials connected to additional devices, before we can start to forecast numbers out.
As it stands, this 45k seems to be subscription pricing to their cloud monitoring/product, not the 110 devices that presumably were bought outright in the past, (or at the least, a perpetual/maintenance model of pricing - can't remember if this has been specified).
Think we'll need some more details, including the commercials...
