Keeping in mind that I'm very Bullish on this stock, and as such could be considered a Ramper?
Have you lot (today's negative Posters RE: this acquisition ) any idea of just how hot the Vanadium space is now, and is going to get?
Toolabuc is the prime address as far as AUS is concerned. Personally, myself and Two of my investment partners have been pipped twice this year trying to pick up ground across this area, at Crossroads and most recently by CHN. Kudos to HDY for this deal! Too, there's money to be made with the Shale Oil throughout this area. Some hoops to jump through.,? But it will happen
As to how will HDY Bank roll this, Argentina, and Burraga?
Let me assure you. PAC, fully backed by Sprott & NOVO (IMO), have, and will court HDY's Pilbara ground. I'd say management is hanging them out to dry right now. But will do a very profitable deal in the near future.
Just so I don't get moderated., this is all in my opinion.
