They can't mine Hargraves until they have a resource with reserves + completed feasibilities + complied with and received all necessary approvals. Forget about Reward (short of a doubling in gold price), they have already proved beyond doubt that it cant be mined profitably.
Therefore, for the time being, and in concurrence with the Chairman, HEG is very much "a gold explorer with achievable aspirations to be a profitable gold miner".
They can't mine Hargraves until they have a resource with...
