The extra dilution of the 25m shares is pretty minimal compared to the potential upside though - have no problem with using shares in value-adding acquisitions. It must be attractive to the vendors too - gives them some upside in the project and the cash element hopefully reduces the need for them to flip the shares for cashflow.
