Current MC is as I said (~$13M).
Fully diluted also means more money in the bank for PVD.
Fully diluted means 22.9M party paids converting to Ords and bringing in another $4.35M to the bank and 5M Options being converted to Ords and bringing in another $2M.
Which would mean an extra $6.35M cash in the bank to get to your fully diluted MC.
Right?
