I dont know much/anything about Kevin Das. I've tried to do a bit of research but just come up with the odd bit here and there.

KD first came to my attention when he acquired 5.56% of NFM via ADAMANTIUM CORPORATE described as the Das family trust.

So I searched the original Hart's Range announcement and could only find one mention...
