Honestly why wait for the drills...why not just channel sample those pegmatites which are sticking out of the ground? A bit of hard work sure what with rock cutting and jack hammering but cheaper than drilling. A couple of burly lads could cart in the gear...much easier than developing tracks out to Cusp and Big Jay.

WA1 Luni mineral resource = 200Mt @ 1% Nb containing 53Mt @ 2.1% Nb.

Anyone care to hazard a guess at the tonnes of niobium-uranium-REE mineralisation which might be found here?

Bob's 25 x 10 x 100 x 2.65 = 65,000 tonnes. Average grade ??? 1% Nb, who knows. Certainly not 20% because those samarskite samples are hand-picked by geiger counter from small pods in the pegmatite. Just look at the video posted by @lootgaloot (post #77381191) which shows just how selective is the process of collecting samples.

Cusp 50 x 10 x 100 x 2.65 = 130,000 tonnes.

If you're lucky you're about three orders of magnitude out of the race.
