Who the seller/s are that precipitated this collapse in confidence is just a curiosity as we seek something to blame for short term losses.
At best it appears a clumsy way to exit a big line of stock ASAP. HE and BP were able to find $20m at 4c within a few days. They don't appear in the Broker data as sellers by the way!
Surely the broker involved here could have arranged an off market sale at a decent discount and not trash the stock like this.
