the more digging I do the more it appears this acquisition is a ripper for HTG
my guess is Lowery has had his eye on SnapSupport for a while now, my guess is he would have identified them as a strategic acquisition target given his knowledge of their business during his time at the helm at RealWear (they are partners)

furthermore in this announcement it states SnapSupport has secured Spectrum as a customer (post announcing the acquisition a few months ago) - delivering tech to 2,000 physicians globally - that's a huge hike in customers which Harvest can further support & grow with their tech (and subsequently substantially increase SaaS revenue)

I am excited to observe Lowery grow this rapidly over the coming quarters, exciting times indeed.
