Yes, unless there has been a material change in share structure in the last 24 hours (since the last accouncement), it seems that they have simply updated the percentage to the correct amount. But 59 to 48 is quite the difference.
The way it is worded also suggests that the holding is as of today and does not take into account the dilution that will be caused by the raising. Would love some clarification surrounding this.
