I'd say they'll expand to fill whatever space they can as time goes on. The kiln facility is just a more cost efficient opportunity that has taken priority for now. There was a photo isn a h1 or mmj announcement a while ago, showing some work had been done clearing for works at Duncan, but retrofitting the kiln is probably quicker and cheaper to get more product ready in time for rec legal.
