I would highly recommend people read the filing statement before making an investment decision in either MMJ or Harvest One. I would draw your attention to pages 69 and 71 specifically for those that do not understand the dilutive nature of consolidation and/or options after the transaction. It pays to look at the fine print (see footnote 3), but don't look too hard (or post negative information) else you may be incorrectly labelled....
As I've previously posted, my holding in MMJ remains unchanged. I continue to hold and will do so based on the research I do.....the MMJ tortoise will in my opinion, soar on matters pertaining to capsule distribution and sales here. While listing has provided the SP with a kick in the bum, definitive revenue (sales) in this burgeoning market will give it the impetus it needs for a long and sustained bull run.
