I think the market is overreacting. This deal is subject to several due diligence which are not listed in the announcement. Once Canada legalise Cannabis we need to have the economiy of scale to be able to supply. I don't think another CR would have gone done well in the current market. Anyway, with the last couple of months Marijuana rally, there will be people deciding to have a fire sale.
It is not the first fire sale due to bad news and will not be the last.
At the same time, price will also spike upon good news. Like a roller coaster, make sure you own shares in a few of the MJ companies because not all of them will make it in my opinion. Do you own research.
