As I understand, Paul took on the feedback that he needed to show more support for the company - even though he already has massive exposure to HTG. @murderofcrows @rolling @krusty900 I get the vibe that you all seem to think that directors have oodles of money. I'll tell you now, they don't. Him kicking in for $500k, is way bigger tick than I think most of you appreciate.
@InItEarly I didn't kick in at $0.21 but did this time. I didn't like Moelis involvement. I didn't like the timing of the raise. I generally didn't like how it was being conducted. I know a number of people that didn't jump on the previous raise, but did on this one. Investors spoke. They showed the company that Moelis were a pack of dogs, and we don't want them stuffing aroudn with HTG. This raise was done by Alto and Canary. @rolling I know instos that kicked in at $0.21 and again now. Just because you aren't aware, doesn't mean that they haven't, it just shows that you don't have a clue what is going on with this company. This raise was nothing but positive in my view; they fact you've posted in double figures this morning trying to talk it down (1) speaks volumes, and (2) is laughable.
@gregwallis I participated in a large part because of the options. So did a lot of others. As I posted earlier, it provdies a great discount now, but in the long run, it actually equates to an average price of $0.20 per share - it just rewards investors for taking on the extra risk now.
@rolling You complain that no on here engages with your posts, and that they attack you. Yet your posts (especially one that you requested be removed) have been rude, mean and belliteling. You've also made numerous posts that seem to have no purpose other than to attack certain posters/investors. Further, you've made comments that this raise would be a flop - you were wrong. You made comments about AST - you were wrong. You made comments about Speedcast - you were wrong. You've suggested that the tech is poor - you were/ are wrong. Posters on here engaged with you at each turn, and when you were shown to be wrong, you dropped the topic. I can see you're just trolling and baiting, but you're not good at it, and this isn't the stock to do it on.
This was a very succesful raise, and holders should be happy. The next thing we look for will be an increase in licences - roughly 85 per month this year is what HTG is aiming for. So, if they haven't hit 1,000 licenses (or more) by December this year, we can revist some criticism of the company. Until then pipe down, because no one here is buying into the negative rhetoric.
