Around the 7-minute mark gives some insight into what went wrong re commercialization, at least some of the difficulties involved, Ilario's experience with global companies to help overcome the hurdles. Also in the process of a raise with the existing CN holders and himself participating, plus being mid-tender with various customers, expecting positive results.

Listening to Ilario speak at a million miles an hour, there's a lot going on, I wouldn't bet against him achieving the profitability goals well before FY27
