Shows what a legacy mess Ilario has inherited from Guilfoyle and Shields. They were obviously being more than economical with the truth about the state the company was in and what its prospects were. To be running an ASX listed company having a reputation for being difficult to deal with is disgraceful. They should truly be ashamed of themselves.

Can't pretend I'm happy with the 3-year time frame given under Guilfoyle's watch we were already 2+ years into it, but it is what it is. Everything else is either on track or a work in progress. The potential acquisition sounds positive.

Reading between the lines with the global contract - ''securing the right deal for a sustainable business is paramount'' - sounds like the prospective customer tried to screw them down on the deal and Iliario had the guts to say no. He has previously said he wouldn't do anything that isn't in the best interests of the company and shareholders, so he's good to his word. $3M+ contracts are the target. Shouldn't take too many of them to get to $10M. Maybe 3 years is a worst-case under-promise over-deliver scenario?

Time will tell.

As always, we have a choice - stay the course or take the loss and redeploy elsewhere.
