Catter13, with regard to yields, what you've got to remember is organic farming will have lower yields due to not using pesticides to stop insects, harmful microbial growth and weeds. So other growers or packers might say they've got higher yields but MRO have a much higher price per ton for their grapes compared to others with the average price for organic produce now 2.5 to 3 times the price of conventionally grown fruit and vegetables.
