That may be the case however does not tell the full story when you look at the intraday chart where the stock traded above $7.80 and as high as $7.98, the closing auction resulted in the close dipping to the lowest point for the day.
Note, SHV, is also being added to another index from the close of trade and I have seen some other stocks showing signs of manipulation on the cusp of being added to new a new index. So I'll wait til Monday to get a better view of the market reaction. Personally I believe we'll see $8.
