Not over excited Silmet is the only rare Earth processing Plant in Estonia a wholly owned subsidiary of NEO performance Canada Hastings having a 21% stake in NEO....
NEO Company has made all the moves in Estonia with plans to increase the size of their plant spending $18million euro announced last year and several million improving down downstream processing....
Not sure why Hastings needing to announce MOU as anything at present that happens would be thru NEO taking raw material from Hastings ...and NEO continuing to build and strengthen it's processing base .......
SP still well down at .60
