Agreed but it is more about destabilisation.......in Europe Finland has also joined NATO....
Secure processing is still a major issue for all Rare Earth Miners.......
At the time that HAS did the deal with NEO probably a good move.......
But any statements about MOU's must clearly be linked back to NEO
