Check the last quarterly (I think). A plethora of MOU's and off- takes appear over the last few years - there's a timeline graph from memory.
They have agreements, initial finance and the prospect of more, cash and $30M in option money coming their way.
I investigated all other Rare Earths in Oz and others have run but this is the "2nd" actual producer - the others are in their infancy. I put the other runs down to exuberance but this is the real deal. Substance over exuberance?
