Fixed price contract seems great for HAS. The engineering firm will want to giving themselves a healthy safety margin. Particularly the way things have been blowing out post covid. I'm surprised they aren't doing cost plus, but I'm not expert.
I also like the following:
"Greater certainty around the timeframe with practical completion expected to be three monthsshorter compared to the EPCM delivery model – completion estimated by December 2024 andfirst concentrate delivery and sales in Q1 CY2025;"
