Lew will continue leading the company as Executive Chair focusing more on mine-to-magnet strategy and growth initiatives (positioning the Company to become a global player in the downstream market for rare earths magnets), while Vorster will be based in Perth managing the team on a day-to-day basis with a focus on Yangibana Project delivery and funding (main construction commencement).
Obviously too much work for one man, so they split it up during the ramp up phase.
And as for respect: If they are professionals, they will of course respect a transitory leader who helps them coordinate things in place
