I am confused.
Is tranche two of capital raising offered to ordinary holders or to sophisticates only?
If to sophisticates only ceo can go jump for at 50% of share price at time of issue the hair cut is a great disincentive to ordinary holders.
If issue of tranche two is to ordinary holders, it becomes more attractive and would buy back in to be elligible.
Either way, glad I bailed.
