After buying $20m plus over the journey? Right at a moment when the debt is expected to be finalised and 27c is cheap?

And you also comment that hes got all his cheap over the jorney, yet hes participated in pretty much every raise that I can see.

is it cheap looking back now because he's delivered what no other RE emerging project has been able to do and the share price has run up?

Hes had to pay for probably the lions share of his shareholding, not many leaders of ASX companies are putting in anywhere close to what he has.
