That's the thing you see building and design of these plants are extremely complex so those that now know the pitfalls of design and specific flow sheets are out there . ILU have worldwide exposure and the financial clout to attract such people doubt there just going to wing it. China had the monopoly for years and it can be done HAS are on the right trajectory but they costs of getting to production are enormous and will be very dilutive on the share base.
Probably never happen but just thinking out loud.
