Not stressed as way ahead on all my holdings and looking to expand these to include HAS. If a transfer to relatives and not a sale then a more positive sign than first apparent.
There are however a lot of shares and options that appear to be transferrable at the discretion of the Directors and I guess we would all be more than happy to acquire 2,631,579 shares at $0.15 when the market price on 6th April 2021 was between $0.19 and $0.20. Also 4 million at $0.09 on 1st of December 2020 when the market price was $0.15-$0.16 Only based on published numbers so not sure if payment listed is only a partial payment with the balance outstanding.
Just doing my research so happy to hear if you are up to speed on what performance hurdles were in place for the most recent allocations. If all shareholders consider the share issues to management are well deserved then not a problem.
