May be wrong but I believe the NEO CEO indicated that NEO would not help any feedstock producer with costs for a facility. Hastings still needs a lot of money for mine and concentrator buildout.Whatever happened to those past Hastings' presentations identified Schaeffler and Thy'Krupp offtakes. Such intentions can change so quickly and with little or no shareholder/investor notice. Investors be !!!!!!
