    Maybe that is the case re feedstock producer...

    However HAS has a 20% stake in NEO which makes it a major holder in that stock also I dont see Australia at present producing any major final processing facilities. Lynas having the new facility for their own production in WA...

    Given that Australia intendes to be a major supplier of REE'S and Green Energy. (Chris Bowen) I see no big evidence of a plan on final processing of REE's China still being the main source for that....
