    The Fed. govt. is planning for more downstream processing of all Critical Minerals in Australia, to "value-ad" in Australia, for the booming & lucrative renewable energy transformation.
    It can be assumed, therefore, that extensive Fed. govt. funding, IMO, will be made available to achieve these goals. This should benefit HAS.
