Hi NL,

I had a bit of exposure to mandarin in school, but I stopped attending mandarin class after 15yo. Happy to be corrected by any professional Chinese interpreter/translator.

From my reading, it means the "control transaction" at the early stage of the project will not generate valuable outcome for shareholders. Early stage in this context means the milestone of just turning into producer.

My interpretation is that JB simply saying we're not up for sell now, as shareholders wouldn't be interested. I see it as JB's interest aligned with shareholders.

I did not read the remaining announcement as I couldn't be bothered by what JRO has to say about their own business. What matters to me is the fact that JB is standing up for shareholders.
