Wurlitch, the great unknown is whether HAV is going to raise money, and if so, at what price.

A prudent board would be raising money earlier than needed in case things turn bad in the future. Even though they have cash in bank and that today they have represented that this money will last into perhaps half way through 2024, they didn't go far enough to say that they won't be raising money.

Under the circumstances unfortunately I am happy to sit on the sidelines because this is too high risk and because there is less risk elsewhere.
